Description
Multiplica Talent is hiring a Senior Product Designer to create and evolve digital products for the banking industry. The role covers product discovery, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, design systems, UX research, usability testing, stakeholder presentations, and data-driven design decisions. It requires more than five years of product design experience, familiarity with Figma and related tools, knowledge of UX and Agile processes, and a strong portfolio. The position offers a full-time planilla, full EPS coverage, a hybrid schedule of three days per week, and a 09:00–18:00 Monday-to-Friday schedule.
