PolyTALENT is supporting a partner in Vechta with a 36-hour-per-week Product Developer and Project Manager role for plastic packaging. The position develops and optimizes packaging, articles, and assemblies; creates packaging concepts; plans and manages development and product projects; coordinates technical and project activities across international customers, suppliers, and production sites; and supports product transfer to series production. Candidates need vocational training in plastics engineering, toolmaking, or a comparable technical field, several years of plastics-processing experience, CAE and CAD knowledge, and confident English skills.
