Description
This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing hunting weapon systems, accessory products, and technical subsystems. The successful candidate will create and revise 3D models, drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation. They will also organize and accompany prototypes, coordinate with various departments, track project activities, and gradually take ownership of assemblies and small development projects. This position focuses on holistic product development, transitioning into independent product development roles.
