Description
Ehrmann SE is hiring a full-time permanent Product Developer in Oberschönegg to support research and development of dairy products, including desserts, yogurt, quark, and milk alternatives. The role owns development projects from concept through raw-material selection, pilot and large-scale trials, production readiness, formulation development, documentation, and tastings, while collaborating with Brand Management, Quality Assurance, Production, and Controlling. Candidates should have a degree in food technology, food chemistry, nutritional science, or a comparable qualification, professional experience developing white-line dairy products, knowledge of food law and process engineering, strong English skills, database knowledge, and strong creativity and teamwork.
