The role involves reviewing and implementing innovations and new product requirements from Sales and Product Management, expanding the protected brand range, and collaborating with Product Management and process engineers to achieve market readiness. The developer will work independently on projects, participate in joint development meetings, and report directly to the Managing Director. The position is based in Bochum, North Rhine-Westphalia, and requires textile technology, polymer chemistry, communication, initiative, and excellent English skills.
