Description
The Product Developer will work in Kapelle for a plant-based food producer, spending approximately 80% of the time hands-on in the test kitchen, testing areas, and factory. The role develops and tests new recipes and prototypes, scales products from laboratory to factory, prepares samples for sales and marketing, creates raw-material specifications, and coordinates with colleagues and suppliers. An HBO degree in food technology is essential, while professional kitchen or chef-training experience is advantageous. The position offers up to €4,400 gross per month, a contract directly with the employer, a fixed year-end bonus, part-time work, and other benefits.
