Z SUPPLY is hiring a full-time Product Developer for its Merchandise & Design department at the company headquarters in Costa Mesa, California. The role leads product development across Ready To Wear, Lounge, Active, and Graphics categories; coordinates with design, production, merchandising, sales, and planning; manages factories, fabrics, sourcing, prototypes, artwork, production execution, timelines, costs, and margins. The position is hybrid, with four days in the office and one remote day, and requires at least five years of women’s apparel development experience, overseas vendor communication, product costing, and basic Illustrator CAD skills. The salary range is $90,000–$100,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
