Description
Topbrands Europe BV is hiring a Product Developer to lead household and personal care product development from concept through in-store launch and re-order. The role manages projects, reviews designs and packaging, collaborates with suppliers, optimizes products and processes, translates market insights into new concepts, coaches junior colleagues, and represents the company at trade fairs. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s-level working and thinking ability, 4–6 years of relevant product development or sourcing experience, analytical and project-management skills, product information system experience, and fluency in Dutch and English. It is based within one hour of Oud-Beijerland and offers a gross monthly salary of €3,200–€4,500 plus a bonus scheme.
