Continental is hiring a Product Developer / Product Development Specialist for its automotive segment in Pune, India. The role serves as a regional technical product owner for assigned OEM and TIER customers, developing customer-driven automotive interior trim products, consulting on product solutions, managing development projects through SOP, selecting suppliers, conducting laboratory and production trials, and coordinating with development, design, quality, purchasing, sales, and other departments. The position requires a master's degree in chemistry or an equivalent technical field, preferably three years of relevant professional experience, and experience in automotive interior trim development, project management, and customer technical consulting.
