Traction Rec is hiring a mid-level, full-time Product Developer for a remote role open to candidates based in Ontario. The position develops reusable and reliable code across Salesforce and cloud-native environments, designs and ships product features, troubleshoots production issues, and maintains code quality and automation. Candidates should have object-oriented programming experience, web development experience with component-based JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks such as React, relational database knowledge, and strong communication skills; Salesforce ISV experience is not required. The starting base salary is $80,000-$95,000, with additional bonus and benefits.
