Ford is hiring a Product Development Analyst to support physical testing, data collection, and laboratory operations in vehicle test environments such as vibration, powertrain, engine dynamometer, and wind-tunnel facilities. The role involves setting up and troubleshooting equipment, collecting and analyzing test data, supporting test setups and fixture modifications, maintaining documentation and safety standards, and communicating results to engineers and customers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in applied science or equivalent, at least two years of electrical hardware and software testing or design verification testing experience, two years of CAN-tool experience, and at least one year of infotainment or mobile-app verification experience.
