Veronica Beard is hiring a Product Development Assistant Manager to support the development of ready-to-wear soft wovens in its New York City office. The role manages assigned seasonal styles across multiple overseas and domestic factories, coordinates tech packs and BOMs, tracks WIP and milestones, troubleshoots development issues, supports proto fittings, and ensures accurate handoffs to production. Candidates need at least five years of fashion industry experience, including apparel product development and overseas factory experience, along with strong garment construction, communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills. The base salary is $70,000 to $75,000, with additional benefits and incentives.
