Description
The Product Development Associate - Promotional Products will develop and coordinate branded merchandise programs across hardgoods, edible, apparel, packaging, and related categories. The role partners with sales, design, sourcing, production, compliance, and vendor teams to obtain quotes, samples, specifications, lead times, compliance documentation, and production updates; maintain product information, costs, vendor details, sample status, project notes, and timelines; and communicate project status, risks, changes, and next steps. The position requires experience in product development, sourcing, or production, strong communication and organizational skills, spreadsheet and database proficiency, and problem-solving ability.
