Ford Motor Company is hiring an Industrialization Program Engineer/Analyst for its RWD transmission systems group. The role manages program milestones, assessments, presentations, BOMs, WERS/3DX releases, manufacturing and capacity planning, and coordination with engineering and other program teams. Candidates should have at least two years of transmission or powertrain experience, knowledge of relevant tools, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. The position is hybrid, requires onsite work four or more days per week, and offers a base salary range of $65,100 to $166,200; visa sponsorship is not available.
