Description

AMD is seeking a Product Development Engineer to join their Test Engineering team. This role involves test planning, creation, characterization, data analysis, and silicon debug of DFT Scan/ATPG tests in cutting-edge process technologies. The engineer will interact with Design and Platform Engineering teams to improve test results and contribute to future design enhancements.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Strong Leadership & communication skills including data presentation
Java, Perl, C++ coding skills
ATE test experience – Advantest V93K experience preferred.
Unix and Windows proficiency
Modern computer architecture knowledge
JTAG knowledge
SCAN, BIST, FUNC or HSIO pattern development and debug experience
