Description
The Product Development Engineer will lead product design and improvement projects for absorbent hygiene products, from concept through commercial implementation. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, evaluates products and materials, conducts machine trials and testing, supports claims substantiation, manages product and raw material specifications, and coordinates product release and data analysis. It requires 2–3 years of product design or development experience, a technical bachelor's degree, project management and data-analysis skills, and knowledge of manufacturing and quality-control processes.
