Boom is hiring Product Development Engineers to own modules of its Superpower engine from requirements through test, including concept, design, drawings, supplier coordination, first-article production, assembly, and test integration. The role focuses on simplifying parts and interfaces, working directly with in-house manufacturing and external suppliers, and integrating hardware onto test stands. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience, strong DFM/DFA intuition, and experience turning designs into hardware in a high-consequence environment. The position is based in Denver and offers base salaries of $107,000–$144,000 for P2, $124,000–$167,000 for P3, and $139,000–$187,000 for P4, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis.
