Continental’s ContiTech Power Transmission Solutions is hiring a Product Development Engineer for its Power Transmission Belt Product Development department. The role leads product development projects from specification and prototype production through quality verification, serial production transfer, industrialisation, cost reduction, and failure analysis, while also supervising students and interns. It requires an engineering or related academic degree, at least five years of experience in product development, materials engineering, or power transmission manufacturing, expertise in rubber materials and belt manufacturing, strong English communication skills, analytical and collaborative abilities, and willingness to travel.
