Description
The Development Engineer is responsible for technical product definition and process feasibility, program planning, quality and cost targets, product and process documentation, technical milestones, bought-out parts, supplier integration, customer engineering coordination, critical-path planning, and industrial policy application. The role may manage functional-product design and process/tool engineers and requires a master's degree in engineering, industrial design and development experience, project management knowledge, strong communication skills, an international mindset, and bilingual English proficiency.
