Ford Motor Company is hiring an Ultra Capacitor Module Core SW Engineer to lead end-to-end elicitation, definition, and management of system and software requirements for ultra-capacitor modules. The role bridges vehicle feature owners, functional safety teams, hardware designers, and Tier 1 suppliers while supporting requirements for cell balancing, state-of-charge and state-of-health, thermal management, power electronics control, CAN/LIN and UDS interfaces, ISO 26262 safety requirements, validation, and supplier program management.
