Description
Ford is hiring an Electronic Reliability Engineer to develop and maintain electronic reliability requirements, guide their application, approve environmental test plans and results, investigate non-compliances, and support reliability and testing standards for electronic modules. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, at least five years of electronic reliability or environmental testing experience, three years of solder-process manufacturing experience, electronic reliability simulation experience, and experience with conformal and nano coatings. The position is hybrid, offers a base salary range of $68,300 to $192,900, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
