Description
Molex is hiring a Product Development Engineer in Sanchong District, New Taipei to develop and design medical and automotive FPC products. The role owns the NPI lifecycle from RFQ through mass production, including cost estimation, DFM/DFA, signal and power integrity, lifecycle management, PPAP, and root-cause troubleshooting. Candidates need a B.S. or M.S. in a relevant technical field, at least five years of PCB/FPC R&D experience including three years with multi-layer FPC and rigid-flex technologies, advanced EDA and design-tool proficiency, and knowledge of FPC manufacturing and IPC standards.
