Description
Micron Technology is seeking a DRAM DFT Engineer to develop strategies and test flows for DRAM device failure detection and testing, improve test time and quality, analyze high-visibility product issues, and create software tools for engineering analysis. The role requires CMOS circuit knowledge, programming in Python, Java, C, or C++, DRAM knowledge, statistics, and basic laboratory or applied software profiling and analytics experience. A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, electrical and computer engineering, or a related field is required, and medical, dental, and vision plans are offered.
