Description
Natus is hiring a Product Development Engineer to design, develop, and manage the lifecycle of pressure-sensing Smart Catheter products for intracranial pressure monitoring and other critical-care and neurodiagnostic applications. The role covers product concepting, CAD design, sensor and catheter integration, design controls, verification and validation testing, manufacturing process development, supplier evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree, 3–7 years of engineering experience including at least 3 years in medical device development, and experience with catheter systems, polymer materials, precision assemblies, and design verification testing. The expected annual base salary is $105,000–$135,000 CAD, with possible bonus or commission eligibility.
