The role supports new product development and commercialization, laboratory and customer trials, production formulation and troubleshooting, supplier coordination, testing, data-sheet development, and customer R&D activities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in chemical, material science, or polymer engineering or an equivalent qualification, advanced polymer knowledge, plastic-processing troubleshooting skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities.
