SCHOTT is seeking a Product Development Engineer to develop innovative products and technologies from concept through series readiness, manage international development projects, design and validate prototypes, optimize manufacturing processes, and evaluate new technologies. The role requires a degree in physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, prior experience developing technical products or systems, knowledge of optics, photonics, electronics, or mechatronics, proficiency with development and design tools, and strong English skills.
