Description
The Product Development Engineer will lead packaging projects from customer requests and concept development through production start-up, translating customer needs into packaging concepts and specifications while coordinating customers, suppliers, and internal teams. The role involves advising on packaging materials and functionality, monitoring quality, timing, and budget, analyzing existing packaging, and identifying improvements and market opportunities. It is a permanent, full-time day-shift position with training, vacation, meal vouchers, and a net allowance.
