Description
Avery Dennison is hiring a Product Development Engineer II, Label Solutions to develop and commercialize label materials and digital trigger technologies. The role leads laboratory and pilot-scale research, supports production scale-up, evaluates materials and technologies, conducts technical comparisons, manages NPD projects, and provides technical support to sales, marketing, quality, and operations. The position requires a relevant degree, 3–4+ years of industrial new-product-development and performance-testing experience, knowledge of label materials and printing technologies, and the ability to work with suppliers, manufacturing, and quality teams.
