Description
Ford is hiring a Vehicle Hardware Engineering (VHE) Integration Engineer for forward model programs to serve as the single point of contact for functional engineering support, coordinate program teams, manage systems integration, milestones, cost and quality planning, change control, prototype builds, and launch activities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 10+ years of automotive interior or exterior experience, strong GPDS and cross-functional leadership skills, and onsite collaboration for at least four days per week. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the position is hybrid.
