MTC Solutions is hiring a full-time Product Development Engineer - Mass Timber Hardware to develop, prototype, test, and validate structural connection products for commercial timber and mass timber construction. The role covers concept development, engineering analysis, CAD and prototype creation, laboratory testing, test planning, design iteration, project ownership, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should be hands-on engineers interested in open-ended technical problems, with a relevant engineering degree, P.Eng. designation or EIT status, and 3–8 years of relevant experience preferred; compensation is $80,000–$120,000 CAD.
