Ford Motor Company is hiring a Product Development Engineer – Power Supply System Calibration in Dearborn, Michigan. The role develops low-voltage electrical charging system calibration for gas engines, electric vehicles, and hybrids, including alternator control, torque management, idle stability, voltage set points, and diagnostics; releases calibration into Ford system software; and supports powertrain development trips. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least three years of product development or calibration experience, and automotive electrical control calibration expertise using tools such as ATI Vision, INCA, Vector CANalyzer, and Intrepid. It is hybrid, requiring onsite work four or more days per week, and offers a base salary range of $74,300 to $166,200.
