The role leads cross-functional task forces, manages software updates and service calibrations, supports manufacturing and launch quality, and uses root-cause analysis, CAD, Six Sigma, and diagnostic tools. It requires an engineering degree, at least three years of powertrain calibration and emissions validation experience, and three years of automotive engineering experience focused on technical problem-solving. The position is hybrid, offers a base salary of $86,600–$166,200, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
