Ford is hiring a Core Moveable Glass Systems Engineer to define and maintain foundational engineering principles for power windows and other dynamic glass systems. The role owns system requirements, quality DFMEAs, design rules, modular architectures, technology roadmaps, supplier strategy, and cross-functional technical guidance, while supporting application engineering teams and industry benchmarking. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical, materials, or related engineering and at least two years of automotive product development experience focused on system engineering, requirements management, or quality methodologies for complex moveable-glass systems. The position is hybrid, offers a base salary of $99,100–$166,200, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
