Continental is hiring a Product Development Engineering Co-op student to support the design, development, testing, and validation of rubber belting products for agricultural applications. The year-round, multi-semester role involves CAD modeling, material and product testing, prototype development, root-cause analysis, manufacturing collaboration, and technical reporting. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, have at least sophomore standing and a 2.8 GPA, and possess CAD, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. The position is based at the Halstead facility in the United States, does not offer visa sponsorship, and provides paid hourly compensation.
