Stratas Foods is hiring a mid-level Scientist to support research, development, and innovation for its dressings, sauces, and mayonnaise portfolio. The role includes product development, technical support and service, application testing and development, formulation and specification management, cost-savings projects, competitive audits, and participation in training and onsite meetings. The position requires an MS or PhD in Food Science or a related field, or a BS with equivalent industry experience, along with 2–4 years of product development or CPG experience; food-science expertise, ingredient knowledge, experimental design, and basic food-processing knowledge are required.
