The Product Development Ford Champ is an automotive product development role focused on creating and managing 3D CAD designs, assemblies, drawings, motion files, BOMs, and vehicle-system interfaces. The role involves virtual validation, design reviews, feasibility and compatibility resolution, collaboration with tool shops and suppliers, and improvement of design processes. Candidates must be active students in relevant engineering disciplines and have experience with 3D CAD and 2D drafting, along with knowledge of automotive systems, sheet metal, core engineering tools, and CATIA V5/V6, Team Center, and Vismockup.
