Description
AJ Bell is hiring a Product Development Manager to lead and develop a Product Development team across multiple digital feature teams. The role focuses on translating product strategy and customer needs into well-defined, high-quality digital products, establishing product development practices, coordinating Product, UX, Technology, Project Management, and other stakeholders, and coaching Product Owners and similar roles. The position requires significant experience in product development, digital delivery, or a related discipline, along with experience leading or working across multiple agile feature teams and in multidisciplinary digital environments. The role offers hybrid working with at least 50% office time per month.
