Butternut Box is hiring a Product Development Manager to own the Additional Products category end-to-end, including product strategy, formulation, specification, testing, manufacturing trials, compliance, launches, and post-launch performance across food and non-food products. The role also manages one direct report and collaborates with manufacturing, commercial, procurement, supply chain, operations, marketing, and external partners. It is based in London or Doncaster, is a 15-month maternity cover, and requires 8+ years of technical product development, innovation, or R&D experience.
