Butternut Box is hiring a Product Development Manager to own the Additional Products category end-to-end across food and non-food products, including product strategy, formulation, specification, testing, manufacturing trials, compliance, launches, and post-launch performance. The role also manages one direct report and collaborates with manufacturing, suppliers, commercial, marketing, procurement, supply chain, operations, CRM, and brand teams. It is based in London or the Doncaster kitchen, is a 15-month maternity cover, and requires 8+ years of technical product development, innovation, or R&D experience.
