The Product Development Manager oversees the development of women’s fashion products and collections, managing workflows from product entry through final production approval. The role coordinates styling, pattern making, purchasing, planning, quality, suppliers, fittings, prototypes, samples, technical sheets, costs, and feasibility, while monitoring calendars, risks, and delivery timelines. It also supports material and finish research, proposes construction alternatives, tracks development indicators, and serves as a technical reference for junior professionals.
