PowerSecure is hiring a Product Development Manager to own the full lifecycle of an assigned Energy Storage or Power Generation product line. The role combines product strategy and roadmap development, technical product leadership, pricing and profitability management, go-to-market planning, sales enablement, customer and industry engagement, and cross-functional leadership across engineering, supply chain, operations, project delivery, and regulatory functions. The position is hybrid, may require occasional travel, and requires a bachelor’s degree plus 8–12+ years of relevant experience.
