Tricon is hiring a full-time Product Development Manager to lead the development and evaluation of new applications for commercialized products and materials. The role involves assessing technical feasibility, coordinating laboratory tests and pilots, supporting customers and sales teams, resolving technical issues, analyzing market and competitor trends, and ensuring products meet technical and quality standards. Candidates need a Chemical Engineering degree with polymer specialization, at least three years of polymers industry product development experience, testing and problem-resolution experience, ERP familiarity, and English proficiency is preferred.
