Description
Quince is hiring a Product Development Manager, Bedding to manage the end-to-end development of bedding products from concept through production launch. The role is factory-based and embedded in Quince’s vendor ecosystem, requiring hands-on coordination with sourcing, fit, technical development, materials, QA, creative, and vendors; accelerated sample development; technical handoffs; approvals and testing; production readiness; and in-country development trips. The position requires more than eight years of product development or factory-facing experience, strong category expertise, and consistent on-site travel, with up to four days per week at vendor sites.
