Description
Essor is hiring an experienced Product Development Manager as an independent contractor to support Puracy on a 2- to 3-month, immediate-start engagement in Boston, Massachusetts. The role manages active product development lifecycles from formulation approval through production, coordinates formulation, packaging, suppliers, regulatory and quality requirements, budgets, timelines, and commercialization, and supports near-term launches for ecommerce and brick-and-mortar retail channels. Candidates need at least five years of relevant CPG product development, R&D, product management, operations, buying, or related experience, with hands-on experience developing and launching consumer products.
