Description
Essor is hiring a Product Development Manager – Skincare to lead end-to-end new product development for its consumables business unit, including Zitsticka and Tree of Life. The role owns the NPD pipeline, product roadmap, market analytics, creative briefs, supplier and procurement support, intellectual property and compliance, pricing, forecasting, and commercialization. It reports to the VP of Consumables, manages a Product Development Associate, and requires more than five years of product development experience, sourcing and supplier-management exposure, strong project management and analytical skills, and familiarity with AI, automation, and data tools.
