Mars is hiring a Technical Project Lead in Oud-Beijerland to lead product development and renovation projects for its Global Food & Nutrition brands. The role owns the product development workstream, develops product solutions and formulations, manages project delivery against time, cost, and quality, influences stakeholders, and leads cross-functional teams. Candidates need 5–7 years of product development experience, expertise in flavor enhancement and complex product renovation, a relevant bachelor’s or advanced degree, and substantial project management experience.
