Plexus Worldwide is hiring a Product Development Scientist (Reformulation) to lead scientific and technical product renovation, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement for its dietary supplement and functional delivery-system portfolio. The role develops evidence-based formulation improvements, strengthens scientific substantiation, improves stability and manufacturability, qualifies alternative ingredients and suppliers, leads renovation projects through commercialization, investigates product quality issues, and mentors R&D specialists. A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline and at least three years of experience in dietary supplement formulation, product development, or commercialization are required; a master's degree and Certified Food Scientist certification are preferred.
