Description
Tupy is hiring a Product Development Specialist to technically lead development, industrialization, and improvement projects for cast blocks and cylinder heads across automotive, commercial, and industrial segments. The role coordinates APQP, cross-functional teams, customer technical meetings, project schedules and risks, DFMEA/PFMEA, PPAP, casting simulations, validations, and engineering changes, while ensuring product quality, cost, and productivity. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical, metallurgical, materials, or production engineering or a related field, experience in cast product development and automotive projects, advanced casting-process knowledge, and advanced English.
