Solidigm is hiring a Product Development Team Manager to lead enterprise SSD product programs, with a primary focus on New Product Introduction and revenue-generating programs. The role oversees end-to-end product development, coordinates cross-functional and matrixed teams, manages schedules, risks, budgets, quality, and stakeholder communication, and serves as the primary interface with senior leadership and external stakeholders. The position requires an engineering degree, at least 10 years of hands-on hardware and software product development experience, and 5–7 years of engineering management experience. Compensation is $235,520–$391,600, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
