Description
The Product Director will provide senior product leadership across Virtuos’ AI tracks, primarily General & Administrative functions, Sales and PMO, while supporting other tracks as needed. The role defines product strategies and roadmaps, prioritizes initiatives, makes trade-off decisions, guides delivery and project management, identifies risks, coaches Product Owners and Project Managers, and builds alignment across business, studio, product, and engineering teams. The position requires significant product management experience, strong project or delivery management skills, experience overseeing multiple products or workstreams, stakeholder-influence experience, coaching experience, and a practical understanding of AI and modern software development.
